Greenleaf is an approved accounting firm supervised by Finanstilsynet, the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority, and a member of Regnskap Norge. We handle accounting, payroll, tax and year-end close for businesses across the country.

Greenleaf is an approved accounting firm supervised by Finanstilsynet. That carries clear requirements for competence, quality assurance, risk management and documentation of the work we do.
We are also a member of Regnskap Norge and work on the industry’s standard terms of delivery. Greenleaf Accounting AS is registered in the Register of Business Enterprises, company number 937 440 715.
Expertise and experience
Our engagements are carried out with state-authorised accounting expertise. We support everything from sole proprietorships and smaller limited companies to businesses with employees, project accounting and several entities in the same structure.
We also have experience with international matters and group structures, and we take on both accounting and business management for housing cooperatives, joint ownerships and associations.
Audit is a separate, independent service carried out by an auditor. Where it is needed we work alongside the client’s auditor and make sure the necessary accounting documentation is in place.
How we look after your accounts
Your accounts are kept up through the year, so you do not have to wait for the year-end close to get an overview. Documents are posted continuously, bank and balance sheet accounts are reconciled, and the required filings go out on time.
If the business has employees, we look after payroll and the a-melding. If it is VAT-registered, we handle the VAT returns. Once the year is closed, we take care of the annual accounts and any other reporting agreed.
You also get a named contact who knows your business, your accounts and your history.
Liability and security
As an accounting firm we are bound by professional secrecy and carry professional indemnity insurance. Information about your business is treated confidentially and in line with the requirements that apply to approved accounting firms.
Accounting data is handled in modern cloud systems with access control and established security routines. You keep access to your own figures and can follow how the business develops through the year.
Availability
You reach us in the evenings and at weekends, not only between seven and three. Accounting questions rarely keep office hours, and an answer the same evening is often the difference between a deadline met and one missed. We take on a limited number of new engagements at a time, precisely because that is what makes the availability possible.
